I'm seeking advice on issue below:-
1. Does we entitled any annual leave if still in probation? Accordingly to the offer letter it stated:-
a) All employees shall be entitled to paid annual leave as follows:-
i) Less than 2 years of continuous service : 14 days
ii) From 2 years to 5 years of continuous service : 16 days
iii) Above 5 years of continuous service : 18 days
b) Employees shall be entitled to annual leave upon confirmation of employment.
c) Employees’ application for annual leave must be submitted at least seven (7) working days in advance of commencement of such leave.
