Hi, I am a sales person, working @ XXX Concepts Sdn. Bhd. I've heard that this particular company has a lot of problems. but then it never happen to me myself so i thought they(those who being used) was talked big about it. but it occurs to me that, i was requested an unpaid fixed unpaid leave of four days for a month of May and June, at first the General Manager said it was okay. I even have the email that she replied to me since i contacted her through email. but then, for June she took one day of my off days so make it as 7 days off 8 days in the previous months. (since we're working straight 12 hours with only one hour break per day). which i know is also wrong according to the labor law. then, she was agreed before but now, when i asked her she abruptly replied to me also via email that she gonna revise my salary, and to deduct for 6 days of unpaid leave instead of 4 days if i want to maintain the 8 days of off days. do i have rights in this case? what should i do?
