I am currently pregnant my second child (7 months i.e. 28 weeks). My Company is currently offering mutual separation scheme (MSS) for all the staff and last date of employment will be 30 September 2007. My question is whether is there any clause stated that if the pregnancy is 7 month or more after the termination of employment, is the employee still entitle for compensation of 2 months maternity leave?
