my company (MNC) now is going to form a subsidiary company which is a local base company. They would like to transfer our employement to this company.
we received the new contract from the company.1 is sign for terminate ourselves from the current company and the other 1 is to accept the offer from the company.
our company bonus is distribute by the end of the november, so they want us to sign the contract and return it to them by 31 october.the contract stated that if we dont want to sign means we are giving the resignation notice and the last day will be 31 Dec and the bonus that announced to give previoysly will be forfeited.
just want to know if we dont want to sign the contract,is the company having the right to forfeit our bonus?we seems like dont hav the choice to choose.i.e.want bonus mean sign contract
