Sales Exec.

Salary = RM1500

Allowance = RM900

He works from 1 Aug 07 til 9 Aug 07 only. Tender resignation letter on 10 Aug 07 and stop work on 10 Aug 07. He took leave on 6&7 Aug 07 and MC on 8 Aug 07.

Kindly advise :-

1) Pay calculation should base on RM1500 or RM2400?

2) Pay calculation should be based on 31 day? Unpaid leave deduction based on 31days? and Sick leave deduction based on 26days?

3) Is he entitled for MC claim (with MC)?

4) Is he entitled for EPF & SOCSO contribution?

5) He is responsible to submit daily activities report to manager everyday, can we pay him only upon his submition of the daily report?

Your knid advice is much appreciated.

1. Should base on 2400;

2. Pay and no-pay should base on 31 days, sick leave pay on 26 days

3. By MC claim, do you mean the amount of medical bill for see the Dr? Employer need not pay unless there is such benefits given by the company.

4. I think employer is liable to contribute to EPF and SOCSO, please ask the 2 organizations concerned.;

5. No, you cannot.
