1) Can an employer force one employee to sign a resignation letter being given a reason that she has send emails scolding her boss?(but she has good performance over the 10 yrs)
2) As she do not have a working permit while she is employed by a M'sian company working overseas, can she still sue a company for mistreating her?
1. What do you mean by 'employer forcing', at knife point? Did she sign it? If she had signed the resignation letter, that's it. It is going to be difficult for her.
2. I don't know about mistreatment. Advise her to consult a lawyer see if she can sue.
