My company is going to pay my Annual leave of 22 days.
Did i get the EPF for this 22 days as well?

CK and Hazel, the KWSP website seems to say "yes". Better check out the KWSP website for definition of "wages" or give a call to EPF and talk to one of the duty officers to confirm it.
