i have work on shift..and just follow the schedule from company...according my boss we just got 6 days off per month(as same as office hours)..but because we have work on shift sometime we got 8,9 or 10 day off per month .we just follow and we never requested about that(off days)...the problem now...my boss informed us,who have taken too many off days this month, the number will be deducted from the annual leave accordingly or have to work additional days on the following months...so i just want to ask u...is it legal??clearly it not fair for us...

we also never get triple or double paid when we work on public holiday but just get replacement one day off and it automatically arrange in our off day...

in easy word..they give u more off day(u never requested) because u need to change ur shift...and then the force u to pay back with ur anual leave or need to work additional days..

I think you better complain to the Labour Department and let them look into the matter.
