What are the right s of non EA covered employees for termination & lay off benefit? Does it depend on the company as our T&C states that "The Company reserves the right to carry out any retrenchment exercise as provided for in the Employment Act 1955". Please clarify. TQ
Since the company has mentioned the Employment Act then you may refer the Employment(Termination and Layoff Benefit)Regulation as guidance in terms of the benefits that the company may offer.
