TERMINATION AFTER ISSUING LETTER OF WARNING

This is regarding the bad performance by our site supervisor. i have issued a letter of warning to him and stated he was failure to satisfactorily discharge of duties assigned to him, lateness to complete task and forgetful. we expect him to have improve his performance after this.

please advise me what if he still keep the bad behavious after the 1st letter? should i issue the 2nd letter of warning to him? Any problem if management would like to terminate him by compensate 1 month salary to him.

Whatever you do, there is nothing to prevent him from complaining.
