Termination during probation period & w/out 24hrs notices

Because new shareholders came in, they need to restructure the company. I as an Asst. General Manager no long need for the company, threfore they giving me two options: 1st is to accept as an Sales Executive and salary will drop to Sales Exe level, and 2nd option is to resign. They inform me at 5:30pm office close. I still under probation period which is extended to another 3 months. Of course I take the 2nd option. Someone told me the way they doing unethical. ask me to some action. In this case, what can I do? Thank you for you advice. regards

You asked me the same question a few days ago and I did give you an answer as follow:

"The thing you need to do now is to make claim under Section 20 of the Industrial Relations Act for wrongful dismissal. Go the Industrial Relations Department, they will give the necessary advice"

Instead of going to consult the IR department and you chose to resign. I have nothing much to say now.
