Due to the economy crisis, my company have decided to cut 10% off from all the employees pay check. There were no memo or official letter issue from the hr, just a verbal warning . Our working hours remain the same. Will I be able to address this issue to labour law office?
There must be agreement between the company and employees. You can claim back whatever that have been deducted later on if the company go ahead with the deduction without your written consent. It is a breach of contract on the part of the company.
Don't be threatened. You have your right as well.
Who else get the pay cut? Are the directors themselves also getting the pay cut?
