I started my probation period in February and I got my salary before I worked for the complete month, and in March I have already got my salary on 27 for the whole month but I have two days leave during the month.

Now I am not happy with the humiliation and the temper of my boss, I wish to resign and it's stated in the offer letter that notice is immediate by either party. But during the job interview he said the notice period was one week during probation period. So now what should I do? Should I write a letter of resignation and work until end of March? If I choose to leave early how much should I indemn for the days I haven't worked but already got paid?

If the notice stated in the offer letter is immediate notice, then on the last day of work you hand in your resignation letter and say good bye.

Come on, you can do it I am sure. Just a simple letter will do.
