Dear Sir,

Good day to you.

May i know what are the procedures shld take to an employee who committed misconduct ? Showcause letter come first or warning letter come first ? Does the employee need to reply the show cause letter ?

There is nothing to say which one should come first. It has to depend on the nature of the offence. If one is asked to show cause, then there should be a reply.
