I understand from my friends that there're diference between Labour Law and Employment Act. They said that Labour Law are meant for those earning less than RM1.5k per month in manufacturing sector while Employment Act covers all other employees.
"Labour law" is a general term for a branch of laws that habe something to do with employment while "Employment Act" refers to a specific piece of law.
