My supervisor has suddenly required me to give reason for applying annual leave and taking sick leave even though with MC provided. Can she do that?
1. Some leave application forms do have such question like: Reasons for leave: Just give any reasons you want.
2. I don't think it is necessary for ask for reasons for sick leave or what kind of illness suffered .
