Since employment act only protecting employee with mthly salary for not more than RM 1.5K.
I wish to know the following salary is protected under what act?
1. exceed 4 K, less than 5K
2. 7K or exceed
1. It depends on what sort of complaint you have. If you want to make claims that have monetary value like nor payment of salary and so on, you can still go to the Labour Office.
2. If it is related to dismissal, you can approach the Industrial Relations Department irrespective of your salary range.
