Dear Admin,

Need guidance on the following. We are the employer for transportations and logistics for essentials products.

we are also practicing minimal workforce and rotations schedule, but facing the following issue.

1/ staff avoid coming to work during his duty.

2/ When missing and go home without notice.

3/ Do not comply with new rules. wearing masks and gloves if required.

What option and guidance to we have for such staff behavior??

That is an admn problems. You should be able to control your staff. Anyway, for those who do not follow the rules, issue them with written warnings to begin with.
