I would like to ask experts, the salary of regular employees is basic1000 + allowance 300. (My salary is 1300) I found that the allowance300 was deducted when I was paid. Because of the problem of being late, is this approach required by the Ministry of Labor? (It needs to be clarified that it has been deducted for several months.) Is it possible to deduct without any warning letter? Also, I found that other people were late and were not deducted, but I was the only one deducted. Am I able to complain to the Ministry of Labor for myself? Ah, what documents do you need to prove, please give your opinions, thank you.

Go to the Labour Department and make a complaint there.

Thanks for your comment , Unfair costs, acceptable mistakes. Is it OK for others to make mistakes?  No one can accept such a result

That's why you should bring the matter up with the Labour Department and let them look into it.
