What happen to the MC frm specialist due to follow up treatment that need to do every week. 1st at all MC have been utilize.
1. It is correct to treat the MC as Unpaid Leave?
2. Can the MC fall under hozpitalization Leave? but staff not hospitalize, back & ford make treatment.
I don't think so for that MC to be treated as hospitalisation. Give a call to the Labour Department see what they say.
