Can company terminate the employee immediately as case below:

Company have DI session with a employee, employee sign the DI minutes & report.
After this, company plan to issue warning letter while waiting employee go police station to collect document to prove his absenteeism.

During the time, this employee was angry and smashed all things in his office when he back from police station. Company only know the employee smash all the things on the next day.

I don't see why you can't do that if you have proof he did that.

From our side, we know the room has been smashed, we cant very sure is he smashed, only few worker saw him go in the room, no one saw him do it at back.
