The HR has decided to do DI on me this Friday.
Pls advise on what should I prepare and how is the procedure should it be to avoid me from being victimise.
I have been charged for leaking a company info to the third party which I didn't.

They will try to prove that you have done something wrong and what you have to do after hearing the evidence, explain yourself or defend yourself. If found guilty and you think the punishment given is not fair, you may complain to the Labour Department or the Industrial Relations Department.
