Ms Siew, i want to ask (IF) one of our staff will terminate by us soonly, (BUT) we find another job to that person & the salary is highly than my company. So, should we need to pay compensation to that person ??

Find another job for him from where? To me, helping to find him another job is not good enough to absolve you from payment termination benefits. Give a call to the Labour Department and discuss the matter with the officer there with more details.
