Verbal Abuse and No appointment letter

I've been working in this company for 7 months now, as far as I know.
The boss himself is very foul mouthed. Not just me anyhow get screamed in the face with "Four Letter Words"
Other staff as well. Is an employer legal to do that?

7th month and counting. There is no news of my appointment letter being issued from the first day I started working
So pretty sure I'm considered as a ghost employee in this company but I still get paid.
Is it against the labour law that the boss refuse to sign your appointment letter?

There are many foul mouthed employers around, there is nothing much one can do to change their behaviour.

As long as the employer pays your salary, contribute to EPF and SOCSO and provide all the benefits under the Employment Act like annual leave, sick leave etc etc you will not be a ghost employee. Eventhough there is no appointment letter, the provisions of the law still apply.
