Hi all,

Good day everyone.

Here's a scenario that i would like to get clarified:

EMPLOYEE has already tendered his resignation letter to HR. Letter written that he will serve his 1 month notice period.

However, EMPLOYER decided that he can resign without serving his 1 month notice period.

The question is,

Is the EMPLOYER able to:

(A) Request resigning employee to resign immediately

(by paying all salary he should recieve up to day)

OR

(B) Request resigning employee to resign immediately

(paying all salary he should recieve up to day PLUS paying another EXTRA one month basic salary for the one month notice period)

Hope to hear from your side soon.

Your advise is very much appreciated.

Thank you very much!

He should be paid whatever salary already earned up to the date of immediate termination plus one month salary as indemnity.
