Force resignantion

Good afternoon,

I want to get some opinion on this topic.

1 employee tendered his 24hours resignation letter via email to his superior. His resignation is due to being asked by the H.O.D. He was asked to tender his resignation or being terminated by the company and will bring negative impact on his employement history. No any earlier notice/warning regarding his attendance issue. Now the company do not pay his June Salary due to several excuseses

1) abscond-3days not attend work(but this is because he already tendered his resignation)

2) because of 24 hours notice.(accepted)

May i know what can be done, or any other opinion, can be considered contructive under the force resignantion?

Now, it is one man's words against another man's, difficult to know which is which. About his unpaid salary, he can go to the Labour Department and try to make a claim for it. How knows, the company may make a counter claim against him for compensation because resigning without notice.
