Reimbursement of unutilized leave after resigning

Hi All,

I have just resigned from my company and was given a letter to say that i will be compensated of my unutilized leave. I have 16 days of such unutilized leave upon my resignation.

As far as i remember the calculation of such compensation is Salary multiply by days of unutilized leave / 22. However, upon receiving my reimbursement, i realized that the amount came out to be Salary multiply by days of unutilized / 30. 

Is there anything i can do about this? problem is, i had to return the HR manual to them after leaving the company.
