Working on a day when annual leave is applied

Dear all,

May i know if anyone knows how should the payment of salary be calculated if a staff comes back to work on a day where annual leave was applied prior?

Staff worked for 27 minutes only from home and we would like to compensate her for that.

What is the calculation if:
1. She is covered under the employment act and
2. she is NOT covered under the act?

Any law on this? Thank you everyone.

1. If leave was approved, just cancel the day's leave from the leave record.

2. For working from home and how it should be paid, it is up to the company and the employee how wages should be calculated, by day, by hours or by minutes or whatever.
