Dear Sir 

I have a staff just whatapp to us and tell us she want to resign immediately which she been signed the contract of employment with us that either party need to give 1 month notice. I have issue her the letter say that will contra her May 2019 remuneration (1st May – 9th May 2019) against the 1-month indemnity.

Is this enough or we still need to come out with more show cause letter somemore?

Need your urgent advise.

It is not necessary to issue warning letter but if you want her to pay some more compensation for the short notice, you can tell her so.
