We have 1 worker just joined the company on 18/10/18.
As such, we offered him daily wages meaning he gets his paid according to his working days.
Last week, he had a minor accident at home and cut his finger. He came to office with his medical receipt demanding for claim.My supervisor did not approve the claim as it's not accident happened during working hours. So next he asked again, how do we calculate his sick leaves with MC provided ? Does he get paid on his sick leaves? and he demanded to have dressing treatment for his wound on our panel clinic. Do we have the rights not providing such claim ? TQ
