Termination of Staff for Serious Misconduct

We had terminate a staff due to he stole customers belongings and we got lock for a police report.

We going to release his salary for the 9 working days for the month.

Can I know am I calculate correctly?He work from 1 November to 10 November 2018, Sunday will be off day for him and he been confirm as a permanent staff on May 2018.

Basic : RM 1200 / 30 days * 9 working days = RM 360. Please advice.

For monthly paid salary, the calculation has to be based on his total monthly earning divide by 26 days (not 30 days).

are you sure that they need to divide by 26??I went to labor office and asked, they said need to be divided by 30 to calculate.
