Hi,I wanted to ask, if my employee refused to follow instruction from supervisor, is there any action I can take against my employee? Base on labour law?

Whether or not expressly mentioned in the employment contract, all employees have the fundamental obligations under the Common Law to obey the employer's lawful and reasonable orders.

Failure to obey the employer's lawful and reasonable orders may be construed as an act of insubordination which is a major misconduct. Employer can take actions based on Section 14 of the Employment Act 1955.
