Hi,

I have a worker who only worked 5 months in the company, she requested 4 days leave but it wasn't approved, however she left anyway. After that she sms to the company to requested for 3 more days (total 7 days). 

After that she resigned via sms again.

May I know if I can deduct / hold her 9 days salary? Else, what can I do to her?

Pls advice.

She has resigned without giving any notice and in fact she should pay compensation to the company for notice giving notice. So, don't pay for the time being.
