amicable settlement with misconduct employee

Company would like amicable negotiate with employee who did misconduct at customer site. (was banned by customer)

As there no warning letter issued before. How much should company make compensation if request him to leave?

Any lawyer can be consult here too? (for just in case)

Since you try to settle matter with the employee amicably, discuss with him in order to reach some sort of settlement. As for compensation you may refer to the Employment(Termination and Layoff Benefits)Regulations for details.
