Hi MY Labour Law,

I would like to know how to count salary for unpaid leave during probation period.

e.g RM1800 monthly, 5 working days. In Sept 2018 took 2 days unpaid leave. How to count for salary?

Should be (salary/30) x 28.

My another question is, why is it divide by numbere of days in a particular month? why not divide by actual working days in a particular month (minus off saturday and sunday)? or should it be divide by standard 26 days?
