Leave without notice

 I fulfilled my working days for August 2018 without any leaves. Thus, I decided to walk out from the company without giving any notice but updated I wasn't well. I did not manage to produce any documentation from the 1st September until as date. Now, the employer holding my salary and refuse to give it to me unless I provide documentation. Please advice what can I do? I need my salary badly.

Please help what can I do? My family depends on it.

Hi roy08,

Based on your explanation, you had leave without properly issued any notice. This action normally will cause inconvenience to the company. Depend on your letter offer, is it any clause mentioned about "payment in-lieu notice" for termination?

The company will likely hold your August salary and had the right to use it as payment in-lieu termination notice. Whatever it is, try discuss with the HR to sort out the problem.

I think there is and it wont make much of a worthwile dispute for me. So I shall just leave it. Thank you for the answer.
