Replacement Leave

Hi there

Our employee entitled replacement leave (maximum is 15 day) if they work after normal working hour or during weekend. 

Some of the employee will accumulate their replacement leave and took a long leave. Now, the management would like to change this policy because it give impact to company productivity. 

Just wondering if anyone had a good suggestion to replace the replacement leave? If the reward in cash then how it will be calculated?

Please advise.

Try not to accumulate replacement leave, it would be taken as soon as possible. The company doesn[t have toincur more expenses by paying case for such replacement leave.
