Medical Claim Benefits

Does an employer need to allow medical claims? Is this a must?

Is it an offence to Employment Act if we cap a limit or only allow 50% medical claim?

Can we set a policy whereby upon staff resignation, he or she will not entitle to medical claim during his or her notice period?

There is no provision in the Employment Act for payment of medical claims. If depends on the policy of the company. Alowing 50$ medical seems to be very good, what happens if the claim comes to very big amount, no limit?
