My girlfriend who is fresh graduates was got a job in Company H and still under probation. One day , her superior was requested she to resign without valid reason . My girlfiend was asked her superior reason request her to write resignation letter but her superior gave unreasonable reason/  explaination. Lastly, she found out her superior was hired an employee who is better than her and would like kick her out from the company.

Due to my girlfriend refuse to resign from her job, her superior use offer letter which is stated " employer can terminate employee without give valid reason and pay in lieu during probation". Therefore, her superior spoken to my girlfriend : " It is better you write resignation letter to me rather than I give you termination letter".

what should she do to get fair justice?

That is Unfair Dismissal. Employers cannot just dismiss an employee without just cause.
You file a complaint in the Labor Department.
