Recently, I was being downgraded from Asisstant Manager to Sr.Exec after about 3 years holding AM position. Reason wise is because the Management said my salary is not as per market AM should get. FYI, I have not got any disciplinary issue during these time. Hope someone can explain if this kind of downgraded is lawful. thank you

Contact the Industrial Relations Department and discuss the issue with the officer there and get some official advice.
