Hi,

1. May I know if does it require a letter of employment or contract when hire a casual worker? (I need casual worker to work as delivery rider less than 4 hours per day, may be 3 to 4 day per week)

2. If need, what is the term that should include in the letter?

3. If no need, what is the document that needed for both party ackownledgement or agreement for example: working hours, pay per hour, work rules and regulation.

Surely, you have to. You also have to contribute to EPF and cover them with SOCSO. You should also get official ruling from the Labour Department, EPF and SOCSO offices.
