Resigned staff & Notice period

Hi admin, 

For resigning employee (at their own will), do employer has the right to void the required notice (without pay) for the resigning staff ? 

Can you advise if there's behavioral issue for a manager which salary exceeds 8k, they are also protected by the Law ?
To terminate the service, we have to conduct a DI as well ?

You cannot do that, you have to pay for the entire period of notice. For example, if the employee gives one month, you cannot say "never mind, you can leave immediately:" and not paying anything.
