I work at current company less than 2 years, appointment letter write than if resign need 30 days notice.

I already give the resignation letter on 25/06/2018, so my last day should be on 24/07/2018. 

I want to know on this 30 days, can i take unpaid leave since i don't have any annual leave anymore? My salary is out on every end month 29/30 or 31, but now my boss hold my June salary.

My boss told me to leave company if i wan take unpaid leave, but i need to pay compensate back to company. But i don't have extra money to pay back company one month salary, so i will working until last day at company.

But company not allow me to take unpaid leave on this one month time & force me to leave early.

I just want to know if i want take unpaid leave, can the company not approve? Can the company hold my June salary since i already promise work until 24/07/2018.

Since the notice period is 30 days, you give 30 days notice from 25/6, start counting 30 from 25/6.

During notice period, you are not supposed to take unpaid leave. If you do, you have to pay back to company compensation for every day of unpaid leave taken.

So mean within this 30 days, i cannot take any unpaid leave?

But company can hold my May salary or not since i got work full on May & havent resign?
