can i have your advise and opiniton.
We have a staff who holds a resident pass. according to the laws, we only pay the tax for the employee but its not compulsory for the company to contribute for the socco and epf. its up to the company discreation on this whether to contribute or not but our company chose not to contribute irregardless of their visa status since very long time ago. but the supervisor insists hr to evalute and propose to the management if the staff need it.
from hr perspective how can you advise on this? the management is actually dont want to contribute any to the expat.
