Hi good day to you,

may i ask if an employee (permanent staff) who needs to serve 3 months notice to resign but he/she said already got approval to leave within 1 month during a discussion with his superior without any black & white ..i believe it is not considered as valid right?

The salary is around 15k, so how would i  calculate that. If you could help me please..

Let say the superior will not approve him to go, the employee still need to wait until completely finish the 3 months period but the employee still can ask & nego with him ?  I need to know what is exactly can the employee do according to the malaysian law?

Thanks a lot!

Do not take the words of the employee concerned. If you are in charge of the HR department, do it your own way. Such a matter should be dealt with by HR. If you want you can liaise with the "superior" for clarification.
