Hi,

We have few employees with performance issues. can we terminate them immediately by giving them 1 month notice in lieu as their compensation? if not, what is the best way to do according to the labor law.

Since you want to know the best way, there are in fact numerous writeups which you can find in the Internet. I would suggest you google them and get some insights to follow. You can terminate their service with one month notice but that will not stop them from bring the matter up with the authorities like the Industrial Relations Department.
