辞掉还没一年的员工需要赔偿吗?

提早一个月给他通知需要赔吗?

Termination must come with just cause and solid reason.

Simply terminate an employee without just cause and reason could lead to court case which your might need compensate 24 x month salary

Although contract say either party could terminate the contract by giving notice but it does not work for employer.
