Offer Letter / Appointment Letter

Hello Everyone,

Kindly clarify if employer do not issue any offer letter or appointment letter to employees ? 

Offer letter is complulsory given to employees or can be in verbal form ?

Contracts to be in writing and to include provision for termination
10. (1) A contract of service for a specified period of time exceeding one month or for the performance of a specified piece of work, where the time reasonably required for the completion of the work exceeds or may exceed one month, shall be in writing.

It shall be in writing when it more than 1 month

Morning Gon,

I did not receive any offer letter from my company, same as my colleagues.

It is legal for company do not issue any offer letter to us ?

it shall be an offence if company do not issue you an offer letter

Please request from the HR/Employer
