Labour office request staff salary information

I just received labour office official letter stated that require my company to provide to them related staff salary information and also over time calculation.

Is it a norm that we need to compile all the information and submit to them for their reference?

It should be annual audit from Labour office

Just prepare document requested by them as they want to see whether have employement contract or not, you pay them according to min wage or not, ot is calculated using correct method etc etc
