Working on 10 & 11 May 2018

Hi, given the situation:

-Salary is RM2000 and above
-Company only allocates 11 days gazetted leave

If the company is open for operation on 10&11 May 2018 (government issued additional public holidays on those days), are the workers eligible to receive any compensation (replacement off day/double pay) if they are working on that day?

Let's say, if they have already applied for annual leave before the government declared public holidays on those days, will their annual leave be deducted from it?

1. Those who were required to work on those two days, must be paid (salary/26) x 2 per day.

2. Treat the leave as cancelled. .
